It is unfathomable for me to imagine my life, or the lives of my now-adult children, without the foundation of a quality music education. As music teachers, you work tirelessly from your hearts, day-in and day-out, to share the joy of music making with your students. You teach them how to think, feel, and create. You immerse them in mind-body connection and teach them to value themselves. You weave collaboration into their days and teach them to value each other.

Teaching With Orff was created for you. It was also created by you, because the lessons, ideas, and insights you find here come from real teachers. They have figured out what works for them and generously share it with you. This is what a community does.

Teaching music can sometimes feel like a lone endeavor. Some of you even tell us it’s lonely. To that we reply, “We see you. We’re glad you’re here. We want to hear from you. We love you!”
