David Thaxton is pure creative genius. He lives in Sparks, Nevada where he taught Elementary music to pre-K through 6th grade for over 30 years. He holds degrees from the University of Northern Colorado, and Eastern Washington University. David is an AOSA-certified teacher trainer for Orff Level I, II, and III pedagogy and Level I and II recorder, and currently serves as the treasurer for The American Center for Elemental Music Making and the Sierra Nevada Orff Chapter.
