Bring more play, movement, and music making into your classroom!
Josh Southard will explore name games, movement activities, speech pieces, and rhythmic play that build community, get students engaged, and help everyone find their groove.
Then he’ll step back and look at the bigger picture - exploring scope and sequence, curriculum planning, and ways to turn playful experiences into a purposeful year of music learning.
You’ll leave with ready-to-use activities for your classroom right now, along with practical strategies for deciding what comes next.
